Carp Fishing Tutorials

The summer of ’93 holds a special place in my memories. At just thirteen years old, I embarked on a mission to catch my very first fish. With a little shyness holding me back from seeking guidance and no fellow anglers in the family, I went it alone. Struggling to piece together the puzzle, slowly I began to learn my craft. Soon enough I saw the float slide away for the first time, a strike of the rod and as my line tensed with resistance, and the fish pulled back, an angler was born.

Over the last thirty years the flame has only burned brighter. Thousands of hours spent perfecting my craft and thousands more spent daydreaming about that next momentous capture which brings us to today. Here I make a choice to share my knowledge and passion of our wonderful sport to the next generation of anglers.

For twenty years I have found time for my fishing between my busy life within Greater Manchester Police, raising a family and practicing my other hobbies. Six years ago, it all changed, I decided to carve a new path, one filled with my hobby, my passion, and my obsession. It was at this point I secured the role of Assistant Brand Manager with one of the leading brands in angling past and present, Aqua Products.

For the past six years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of immersing myself in the world of fishing. This journey has not only fuelled my passion for angling but has also equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As I reflect on my six-year journey, I’m excited to take the next step, passing on my knowledge, experience, and passion to the next generation. Through my tutorials, I aim to create an experience where aspiring anglers can learn a wealth of information, guidance, and inspiration.

Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment is of utmost importance and I believe in transparency and professionalism, so as well as my verified Level one 1st 4sport qualification I also have the relevant DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service), ensuring you have complete confidence in my abilities and credibility. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality tutorials that are not only informative but also trustworthy, safe and secure.

As we prepare for an engaging outdoor learning experience, I’d like to assure you that your safety is my top priority and I always strive for smooth and enjoyable sessions whilst you embark on your angling journey. To ensure a safe and secure session, I have the relevant First Aid training which means we can focus wholeheartedly on learning and enjoying the tutorial, knowing that your well-being is well taken care of.
