Booking, Cancellation and Payment Terms

Bookings are made via our website booking portal or via the telephone and will be confirmed via email.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is required to secure the date with the remaining balance payable four weeks prior to the chosen date.

Our quoted prices are per person and (where applicable) include VAT.

Carp Fishing Tutorials reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to reschedule your booking within an eight-week period of the chosen date. If you choose not to reschedule, a refund (excluding a 10% administration fee) will be offered.

Photographs, Social Media and Marketing

Carp Fishing Tutorials may take photographs and videos of the session and use them for marketing purposes, this includes being posted on social media, in adverts and on the Carp Fishing Tutorials website.

Medical Information

Your booking is accepted on the basis that you provide accurate medical information so we can be best informed with regards to managing your safety.

Carp Fishing Tutorials does not accept responsibility for personal injury unless it is directly caused by negligence on the part of the instructor.

Equipment

If you are providing your own equipment it needs to be in good working order, if you are unsure if your equipment is fit for purpose, please contact Carp Fishing Tutorials to discuss specific requirements prior to your session.

If damages occur to Carp Fishing Tutorials equipment due to negligence or misuse, payment will be required to replace or repair the damaged item(s).

Fishery Rules

All fishery rules must be adhered to at all times. Carp Fishing Tutorials reserves the right to terminate any session immediately and without refund if rule breaking becomes evident during the session. Fishery rules will be supplied prior to the session, and these must be read, understood, and followed at all times.

Carp Fishing Tutorials has a zero tolerance to any use of illegal drugs. Any evidence of illegal drug use will result in the immediate termination of the session(s) without refund. Alcohol consumption must be in line with fishery rules. Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated, Carp Fishing Tutorials reserves the right to terminate the session, without refund, if drunken behaviour is evident.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued. The gift voucher serial number must be submitted on the booking form. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. Carp Fishing Tutorials are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Carp Fishing Tutorials reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
